ÉSOPHY was founded in 2018 by Sofia Dendrinou & Evdokia Liakou.

What started as a small boutique with an in-house chocolate workshop, soon grew into a renowned brand. Guided by our passion for Mediterranean flavors and craftsmanship, we now create our chocolates in a state-of-the-art facility, where every recipe is still designed and perfected in-house.
